Sarah being spoiled and cuddled by Zio Tony in the morning while everyone is getting ready. My brother Tony is an AMAZING photographer... and his pics of that day are a million times better than these ones I took above... Thanks Tony for always capturing memories with your amazing talent! I was so happy to have Sarah Christened at St. Paul's Cathedral. It is the church that I have gone to and prayed at throughout my years as a student at Pitt, when I came home on weekends from grad school, and the years since I began working at Presby. It is the place I went to seek solace in many times in my life. (Bonus too: the church Chris and I were married in) So, it meant so much to have her baptised at that church. Sarah wore the same gown and bonnet that I wore on my Christening day. We were so fortunate that it was near Christmas, so a lot of family was able to be there and celebrate the day with us!
